How does 24/7 access work?
Members receive a secure access credential that allows entry to the facility at any time, day or night. No staff required — just show up and play.
Can I bring guests?
Yes. All membership tiers include guest passes. Individual members may bring one guest per visit; Couples and Corporate tiers include additional guest access.
How does the Full Swing simulator work?
Full Swing simulators use high-speed cameras and radar to track your real golf ball at impact. You hit real shots into a high-definition screen, and the system calculates ball flight, spin, distance, and trajectory with professional-grade accuracy.
Do I need to reserve a bay in advance?
Reservations are recommended but not always required. Members can check bay availability and book through the member portal. Walk-ins are welcome when bays are open.
What is the cancellation policy?
Month-to-month memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Annual memberships are non-refundable but may be transferred or paused in certain circumstances.
Are leagues included in my membership?
Yes. All membership tiers include eligibility to participate in Open Tee Golf leagues and tournaments at no additional cost.
What skill level do I need to be?
None. Open Tee Golf welcomes golfers of all skill levels — from beginners learning the game to scratch players maintaining their edge year-round.
